There are two National Autocross Championships, one grass surface and one loose surface while there is also a regional championship held in Munster. Autocross offers an affordable entry into motorsport and you can start competing from the age of 14.
NATIONAL LOOSE SURFACE AUTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP
Created as a standalone series in 2013, this seven-round series takes place from April to November. Bonus points are on offer to competitors who start each round and complete a maximum of four timed runs.

NATIONAL GRASS SURFACE AUTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP
In existence since 1968, this 9 round Championship takes place from April to October with the first and last rounds of the season offering double points as an incentive for people to start and complete the championship.
