The new way to manage your event!

Thanks to our new Event Management system, it has never been easier to organise and submit documentation for your events.

Clubs can now submit all documentation related to events through our online system (Available December 2024)

By centralising the entire process, it allows easy management of all things related to your event.

You can check what documents are required, receive documents issued by the office, and even get notifications once new documentation becomes available.

A checklist of items will appear once your event is set up, and as you supply one item on the checklist, it prompts the next item to be followed.

Already submitted your regulations and awaiting on the permit? Once uploaded, this will notify the office that it’s our turn to issue a document.

We hope that by creating a new systematic approach to event management, we will be able to take away the mystery and unknown from the process, and minimise the workload for both volunteers and staff.

NEW SYSTEM GOES LIVE DECEMBER 2024

Online training sessions for clubs and officials will be held throughout December, January and February. Additional instructional materials will also be available for reference.
