This week’s Motorsport Ireland – RIAC classic video from the RPM Motorsport collection is highlights from the 1995 Galway International Rally.

A weekend long battle between Frank Meagher and Austin McHale went all the way on the 1995 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship opener, with the balance tipping in Frank's favour on the final stage. It was to be the start of the most successful season of the Tipperary driver's career.
