This week’s Motorsport Ireland – RIAC classic video from the RPM Motorsport collection is highlights from the 1999 Lark in the Park Rally.
Andrew Nesbitt was joined by motorsport journalist Sammy Hamill for a one off outing as they claimed victory in St. Columb's Park, edging out James Cullen by 10 seconds.
